You didn’t lose yourself…

You became who you needed to be in order to belong.

Many women reach a point where they say,

“I don’t even know who I am anymore.”

If that’s you, you’re not alone — and you’re not broken.

You aren’t disconnected from yourself because you’re lost.

You’re disconnected because you’ve been obedient to rules you never consciously agreed to.

Rules like:

▷ Be nice

▷ Don’t rock the boat

▷ Don’t be too much

▷ Be grateful

▷ Keep the peace

Over time, those rules stopped being choices and started becoming your identity.

The Stories That Kept Those Rules in Place…

Along the way, you developed stories that made those rules feel non-negotiable:

“This is just who I am.”

“It’s selfish to want more.”

“I should be further along.”

“Other people are more important.”

“I should be happy with what I’ve got.”

“I’m the glue that holds everything together.”

Until these stories are named, “choosing me” can feel scary, wrong, or selfish — because it feels like breaking an unwritten rule.

What This Circle Is Really About

This is not about fixing yourself.

And it’s not about becoming a better, improved version of you.

It’s about recognizing the unwritten rules, roles, and identity contracts you’ve been living under — many of them inherited, modeled, or expected of you — and deciding whether they still belong in your life.

This work begins with self-acceptance exactly as you are right now.

No amount of self-improvement can make up for a lack of self-acceptance.

From that place, change stops feeling forced — and starts feeling natural.

What is a Women’s Wisdom Circle?

A Women’s Wisdom Circle is a small, intentional group where women slow down, reflect, and see themselves more clearly — without fixing, advising, or performing.

This is not therapy.

It’s not a class full of information.

And it’s not about being told who to be.

It’s a guided space for honest conversation, reflection, and perspective — where awareness leads to real shifts in how you relate to yourself and your life.

What You’ll Gain From This Experience

Radical self-acceptance without pretending or bypassing

◈ Awareness of the rules and roles you’ve been living by that no longer serve you
